We consolidate field measurement into one visit, do the milling and finishing before anything travels, and arrive to install rather than to fabricate on site. Older Tucson houses include block, adobe, and plaster over masonry. Anchoring is specified against what is actually behind the finish, confirmed during the measuring visit.
Staining and finishing are completed in our shop rather than in your house, so the installed work is not waiting on a finish cure in an occupied room.

These are shop samples photographed under shop lighting. We list a wood species only when the original sample board says so, and we don't guess it from the photo. The same finish reads differently on a different species, in different light, and at a different sheen, so a physical sample is always the deciding reference.

Are you licensed to work in Tucson?+
Yes. We're licensed in Arizona under ROC #252737 as a B-3 General Remodeling and Repair Contractor, active since 2009, and we're bonded and insured.
Do you charge differently for Tucson projects?+
Travel and the install schedule are accounted for in the written proposal, the same as any other scope factor. Nothing is added after approval without a change order.
Can you measure and install on the same trip?+
No. Field measurement comes first, then drawings and a finish sample are approved, then fabrication. Installation is a separate scheduled visit, which is what keeps the fit accurate.
How long does the work take once it's approved?+
Most standard projects are completed within approximately 3 to 6 weeks after the required deposit has been paid. Larger or highly customized projects may require approximately 8 to 10 weeks after the required deposit has been paid. Timing may vary based on project complexity, material availability, approvals, production requirements, customer changes, and site readiness.
What's required to start?+
Anything that isn't a stock item is a one off custom or special order. Custom, one off, and special order materials require a 100% material deposit before materials are ordered or production begins. The material deposit is nonrefundable once materials have been ordered or production has begun. Stock item orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.
