Most of what we build is a hollow box beam mounted to blocking, not a structural member, laid out to the ceiling's real geometry and lagged into confirmed framing.

What this work involves in Phoenix

On a vault, beam layout follows the true roof plane, so angles and spacing come from the actual geometry instead of a single flat measurement.
Two-story great rooms need the right lift or staging, and that access is confirmed during field verification so it is priced into the install rather than discovered on the day.
Many Valley homes already have stained trusses, cabinetry, or a front door setting the tone. Matching is done from a physical sample against that wood, not from a photo.

These are shop samples photographed under shop lighting. We list a wood species only when the original sample board says so, and we don't guess it from the photo. The same finish reads differently on a different species, in different light, and at a different sheen, so a physical sample is always the deciding reference.

Are the beams structural?+
Most are decorative hollow box beams built around blocking. The framing above the beam remains the structure carrying the load. Solid timber beams are built where a room calls for them, and they are still decorative.
Can beams go on a vaulted Phoenix great room ceiling?+
Yes. Layout follows the true roof plane, and the access equipment needed for the ceiling height is confirmed during field verification.
How long does the work take once it's approved?+
Most standard projects are completed within approximately 3 to 6 weeks after the required deposit has been paid. Larger or highly customized projects may require approximately 8 to 10 weeks after the required deposit has been paid. Timing may vary based on project complexity, material availability, approvals, production requirements, customer changes, and site readiness.
What's required to start?+
Anything that isn't a stock item is a one off custom or special order. Custom, one off, and special order materials require a 100% material deposit before materials are ordered or production begins. The material deposit is nonrefundable once materials have been ordered or production has begun. Stock item orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.
